As a Marketing Admin, you will:
- Coordinate marketing documentation and scheduling, including PR/PO/SPK, invoices, meetings, and internal trackers.
- Track marketing budgets, financial documents, and performance deliverables.
- Maintain filing systems, brand assets, marketing databases, and project coordination tools.
- Support KOL and/or Social Media administration, reporting, and campaign operations.
- Assist in preparing presentations and basic marketing materials.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing administration or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets for trackers & reports).
- Experience with marketing systems/tools such as Odoo, SAP, CRM, Trello, Jira, DAM, etc.
- Strong skills in finance & procurement admin (PR/PO/SPK processing, vendor onboarding, invoicing).
- Excellent detail orientation in data handling, documentation, and reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
