Job Description
- Build and design questionnaire/discussion guide as needed;
- Data preparation and data processing;
- Develop deck presentation/research report to be delivered to clients;
- Maintain relationship with clients as needed for projects necessity/requirements;
- Conduct analysis based on acquired data and formulate relevant actionable insight for clients;
- Collect and recruit participants for FGD/IDI;
- IDI/FGD Moderating.
Requirements
- Min 1 Year Experience in Market Research/Customer Insight Role (including but not limited to BHT research, U&A research, and Competitor Analysis) either client side or agency side, or Fresh Graduate with internship experience from Research Agency Company;
- Graduated from Business, Statistics, or related majors is an advantage;
- Familiar with mixed research method;
- Comfortable working with numbers;
- Familiar with survey design tools and have experience in questionnaire scripting within survey program (e.g SurveyMonkey);
- Proficient in Google Sheet & Google Slide;
- Passionate in finding insight from market and creating recommendation based on research findings.
