Job Description
1. Market Access Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement market access strategies to communicate product value and secure optimal access.
- Identify potential barriers to market access and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Align market access strategies with commercial and medical teams to support product positioning.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, payers, healthcare providers, and policymakers.
- Conduct disease awareness programs, health economic studies, and local outcome research to demonstrate the product’s value.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive initiatives that improve healthcare accessibility.
3. Health Economics & Value Demonstration
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop health economic models and real-world evidence to support reimbursement applications.
- Provide insights into pricing strategies, reimbursement policies, and payer expectations.
- Monitor regulatory and policy changes that impact market access and advise on necessary adjustments.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of market access initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making at the leadership level.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
✔️ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, Public Affairs, or related fields in the pharmaceutical industry.
✔️ Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and policy regulations.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
✔️ Experience in health economics and outcome research is an advantage.
✔️ Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
