Job Description
- Support communication between local production teams and Mandarin-speaking parties.
- Translate documents, work instructions, reports, and verbal conversations related to production activities.
- Facilitate smooth coordination in production, especially in technical and procedural matters.
- Ensure translation accuracy, clarity, and relevance to the manufacturing context.
- Provide communication support during meetings, training sessions, and on-site visits.
- Deliver messages firmly and clearly to support work efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and fluent in English.
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the footwear industry, is a strong plus.
- Possession of Mandarin language certification is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills with a firm and assertive personality.
- Able to work under pressure, both independently and in a team.
