Job Description
We're on the lookout for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant fluent in Mandarin and English to support our day-to-day operations. This is a remote role suited for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and working with an international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks: email management, calendar scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
- Translate and communicate in both Mandarin and English for internal and external purposes
- Maintain internal records and databases (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, or teams
- Assist with invoicing, simple reports, and file organization
- Support ongoing projects and help with task follow-ups
- Conduct light research and handle other admin duties as assigned
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, or Trello
- Previous experience in admin, VA, or operational support preferred
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
