Job Description:
- Undergo comprehensive training and rotation across different functions within your assigned department.
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including process optimization, problem-solving, and data analysis.
- Contribute to key projects that enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and operational processes within your focus area.
- Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta. (WFO System).
- However, if you wish to be placed outside Jakarta, please specify your preferred provincial capital in your application (e.g., Surabaya, Medan, Manado, etc.).
