Job Description
- Participate in a 12-month program with 5 phases, offering a holistic development approach.
- Gain insights into various company departments, roles, and relationships, fostering a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Execute diverse tasks and responsibilities, working collaboratively with mentors and department heads to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
- Focus on cultivating adaptive skills, a growth mindset, and a continuous learning approach through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Be mentored to evolve into a future leader aligned with AEON values—pursuing peace, respecting humanity, and contributing to local communities, while prioritizing customer perspectives.
- Collaborate with professionals across different departments, building a network and gaining diverse perspectives for personal and professional growth.
- Aim to become a prime candidate for future leadership roles within AEON, showcasing distinctive strengths developed during the Management Trainee Program.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree with minimum GPA 3.0 from any field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English skills and computer literate
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Possess strong leadership with effective interpersonal and social activity experiences.
- Organized, meticulous and analytical person
- Willing to be placed in all AEON Stores with shift based working hours
