MT Sales Supervisior
- Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the unit sales targets at Astra Daihatsu branches.
- Bachelor's degree from all major
- Passionate in sales & marketing
- Willing to be assigned to any Daihatsu branch across Indonesia
MT Administrations Supervisior
- Responsible for ensuring that all administrative processes in Astra Daihatsu branches run smoothly and in accordance with the guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Administration.
- Aspire to be a leader.
- Willing to be assigned tò any Daihatsu branch across Indonesia
MT Part Supervisior
- Responsible for leading the parts sales team to achieve the spare parts sales targets at Astra Daihatsu branches.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Passionate about working in the automotive industry.
- Willing to be assigned to any Daihatsu branch across Indonesia.
MT Workshop Supervisior
- Responsible for leading and managing workshop in Astra Daihatsu branch.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc)
- Passionate about working in the automotive industry.
- Willing to be assigned to any Daihatsu branch across Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Administration.
- Maximum of 2 years of working experience or a fresh graduate.
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
- Willingness to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Have a business sense and a drive for results.
