Job Description

* Assist management in developing and implementing business strategies
* Coordinate and support team activities and day-to-day operations

* Take on increasing responsibilities as you progress through the programme
* Work towards future supervisory and management positions
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D3), with a Bachelor's degree preferred
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
* Motivated, responsible and target-oriented
* Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work well in a team
* Previous experience in sales, marketing or the financial industry is an advantage, but not essential
