Job Description

Participate in a structured Management Trainee development program.
Analyze business data and reports to support management decision-making.
Assist in planning and implementing business development strategies.
Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate business performance and ongoing programs.
Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with internal teams, especially Business and Finance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major, preferably Business, Management, or Finance.
Minimum GPA of 3.00.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of working experience are welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
