Job Description
The Management Trainee (MT) program at Richeese Factory is designed to prepare young professionals for leadership roles in restaurant management. The program provides intensive training and hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and team leadership to ensure the candidate is ready to take on managerial responsibilities.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 25 years
- Prefer education Bachelor's Degree Hospitality, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, International Relations, Food Technology (Min. GPA of 3.00)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent English,
- Have Toefl certification (Score >450)
- Has an interest in the culinary world, especially in the QSR Field, interested in all operational, marketing & target oriented processes
- Have good interpersonal skills, strong leadership & managerial skills.
- Happy with challenging, willing & fast in learning new things, active, innovative, ambitious, energetic, thorough
- Willing to be placed in Richeese Factory all outlets Indonesia
