Job Description
- Learn Core Operations: Understand logistics, freight forwarding, and customer service processes.
- Support Daily Operations: Assist in workflows, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
- Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements.
- Develop Leadership Skills: Supervise teams and manage projects with mentorship.
- Drive Customer Success: Build relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Participate in Training: Attend workshops and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with GPA Minimum 3.50 of Scale 4
- Willing to develop and grow within our company
- Able to speak English/Mandarin actively
