Job Description
1. Assist in the collection, analysis, and visualization of data, as well as preparing documents/PPT to support management decision-making.
2. Support the development and improvement of management systems, including SOPs, workflows, and company policies.
3. Conduct benchmarking and research related to best practices in management systems and operational efficiency.
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of systems.
5. Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and follow up with relevant departments.
6. Participate in business process optimization projects to improve productivity and work efficiency.
Requirements
1. Final year student or fresh graduate from Business Digital/Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to process data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint
4. Critical thinking skills and an interest in business process improvement
5. Good communication skills, able to work in a team, and high initiative
6. Strong time management skills, and attention to detail
7. Basic understanding of SOPs, ISO, or quality management systems is a plus
8, Experience in leading a project, organization, or business case is an advantage
