Job Description
1. Support the preparation of dashboards, executive-level reports, coorporate update, and business presentations using PowerPoint, SharePoint, and/or Canva.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and consolidate performance data and reports.
3. Assist in the execution and monitoring of continuous improvement projects.
4. Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to management systems, reporting, and project management systems.
Requirements
1. Active university student or fresh graduate from Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain / Logistics, Business, or related disciplines.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and analyze data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Canva, and Tableau.
4. Demonstrated ability to create clear, structured, and engaging business presentations.
5. Strong communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate high initiative.
6. Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail.
7. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
