LPK Japanese Teacher (Jakarta/Bandung)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as LPK Japanese Teacher. In this role, you will be essential in guiding and assisting the learning and development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Learning: Providing essential support in the classroom by guiding students through their learning process, ensuring that all teaching goals and targets are met effectively.
• Material Development: Assisting in the creation of primary teaching materials, including the preparation of learning content and assessment questions. You will also coordinate the uploading of materials to the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaboration: Working closely with faculty members to review lesson plans, evaluation results, and suggest improvements to the curriculum, syllabus, and assessments.
• Student Progress Tracking: Regularly evaluating student performance by reviewing exam results and preparing periodic progress reports to ensure academic goals are being achieved.
• Language Support: Offering assistance with language-related activities outside of classroom instruction, ensuring students have access to the necessary resources and guidance.
• Administrative Support: Managing student-related administrative tasks such as handling leave requests and facilitating the process for certification registrations (JFT and SSW).
• Reporting: Compiling and presenting regular reports on teaching activities, including feedback and suggestions for the enhancement of teaching materials.
