Job Description
As the Coordinator and Trainer for Dash’s logistics drivers/couriers, you will be instrumental in ensuring our drivers are onboarded, trained, and allocated effectively to meet our delivery SLA targets. This role requires excellent execution and leadership skills to optimize driver performance and productivity.
Key Accountabilities
- Performance Review: Evaluate driver performance, set and communicate targets, monitor progress, implement corrective actions, and report on achievements.
- Skill Enhancement: Identify skill gaps, provide targeted training recommendations, deliver hands-on coaching, and oversee training outcomes.
- Productivity Optimization: Identify areas for improvement, track productivity, implement enhancements, and ensure optimal driver utilization.
- Data Analysis and Insight: Collect and analyze performance data to drive improvement strategies and enhance driver efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a coordinator role for field teams, ideally in logistics sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and territorial management skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent in coordinating and motivating field teams, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to execute tasks with precision, backed by a results-driven mindset.
