Job Description
- Monitor and validate daily shipment, import, transit, and vehicle delivery status from logistics vendors and internal teams.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, warehouse teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth receiving and delivery operations.
- Control ETA/ETD accuracy, vehicle tracking, and logistics timelines to ensure operational readiness and on-time delivery.
- Review logistics data and documentation (PO, shipment schedule, Invoice, BL/AWB, Delivery Order) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, missing documents, or delivery rescheduling, while supporting vendor performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Automotive, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics, import/export, supply chain, or transportation operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics flow, warehouse coordination, import processes, and vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in logistics reporting, tracking, and operational data analysis.
- Strong in coordination and stakeholder communication
- Willing to work in field operations and possess a valid driver’s license.
