Job Description
- Manage and plan routine maintenance and repairs for trucks.
- Organize driver schedules and overtime (OT).
- Manage the process of receiving new vehicles, including inspections and documentation.
- Handle vehicle insurance administration and claims.
- Manage accident handling procedures involving company vehicles.
- Manage all necessary documents and permits for operational vehicles.
- Manage logistics data systems and management technology to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experienced in building and managing relationships with the logistic company
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end logistic business
- Experience in a startup business is a must with FMCG background would be a plus point
- Efficient problem solver who gets things done quickly
- High attention to details
- Ability to set priorities and work under pressure
- Conflict management skill
