Job Description
- Support Administrative & Process Improvements – Assist in managing localization workflows, ensuring smooth operations, and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams & Vendors – Work closely with teams like SVOD, Original Series, Partnerships, QC, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate content localization.
- Track & Organize Materials – Ensure all necessary assets (scripts, synopses, and video materials) are complete before submission to vendors. Maintain organized records using Smartsheet and trackers.
- Manage Subtitling & Dubbing Deliverables – Follow up on licensing materials, track delivery progress, and ensure accurate and timely completion of localization tasks.
- Handle Subtitle (SRT) & Document Management – Update subtitle receipt records, upload files to designated platforms, and assist in documentation for invoicing and vendor agreements.
- Monitor Deadlines & Quality Control – Ensure vendors meet deadlines, assist in reviewing localized content, and respond to feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Administration, Media, or related fields.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat) and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Motivated to grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
