Job Description
1. Monitor streaming quality to ensure a seamless viewer experience.
2. Manage and distribute sales benefit assets/materials during live sports events.
3. Manage and record live event source feeds for archive and post-production.
4. Assist in setting up and configuring schedules for upcoming programs.
5. Collaborate closely with the team during pre-stream, live broadcast, and post-stream operations.
Requirements
1. Basic knowledge of livestreaming software (VMIX dan OBS)
2. High attention to detail, specifically during live stream monitoring operations.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability throughout work shifts.
4. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
5. Prior experience working in a TV Master Control Room (MCR).
6. Proficiency in encoding and streaming software (e.g., OBS Studio, vMix, or similar platforms).
7. Solid understanding of technical streaming setups and live stream management workflows.
8. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical streaming issues quickly under pressure.
9. Excellent communication skills and strong team coordination capabilities.
