Job Description
- Create a livestreaming schedule and effectively utilize available resources to ensure a consistent and efficient livestreaming cycle.
- Coordinate with brand marketing and content teams to align product and brand focus with ongoing promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of treatment offerings to ensure accurate, credible, and engaging communication during livestream sessions
- Identify and keep updated with the latest streaming tools, interactive trends, and best practices to maintain engagement.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for content creators during live streams, offering real-time support and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Monitor and manage all technical aspects of live streams, including lighting, sound, camera, and streaming software, to ensure operational excellence.
- Analyze and prepare basic reports on livestreaming performance to support performance evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communication / Public Relations / any related major.
- 1–2 years of experience in livestreaming, digital marketing, or e-commerce (preferably in the beauty industry).
