Job Description
- Develop a livestream schedule based on peak audience hours and sales campaigns
- Plan themes, decorations, promotions, and product highlights for each session
- Identify high-performing products to focus on during live sessions
- Manage and schedule livestream hosts based on their strengths and audience appeal
- Provide guidance to hosts on sales techniques, engagement strategies, and product pitching, ensuring hosts are well-prepared with product knowledge and key selling points
- Coordinate with the Content Planner to ensure engaging video hooks and promotions
- Work closely with the KOL Specialist to integrate influencers into live selling sessions
- Collaborate with TikTok and Shopee E-Commerce Specialists for platform exposure & subsidy opportunities, and ensure promoted products are in stock and ready for fulfillment
- Align pricing strategies to prevent conflicts with other sales channels
- Track key livestream metrics (viewers, engagement, conversion rate, revenue)
- Create reports on live and host performance and improvement plan
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve sales performance
- Test different engagement techniques (e.g., giveaways, time-limited discounts, interactive Q&A, etc)
- Optimize livestream setups for better visual and audio quality
Requirements
- Proficiency in managing TikTok Shop Live and Shopee Live and familiarity with live features and in-stream promotions
- Livestream Strategy & Optimization
- Ability to plan and execute high-converting live sales events, livestream-exclusive promotions, vouchers, and flash sales
- Host & Influencer Management
- Experience in recruiting and training hosts, influencers, and KOLs for live selling
- Sales-Driven & Audience Engagement
- Ability to maximize viewer retention and encourage real-time purchases
- Problem-Solving & Quick Thinking
- Ability to handle technical issues, low viewership, or unexpected challenges during live events.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Ability to coordinate with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams
- Analytical & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Ability to track and monitor livestream performance (conversion rates, engagement trends, and viewer behavior) and using analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools) to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
