Job Description
- Assist in coordinating end-to-end production processes (pre-production to post-production).
- Support the development of production timelines and help monitor budgets to ensure projects run efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist in coordinating production crews and facilitating smooth communication across teams.
- Support talent sourcing, coordination, and administrative needs throughout production cycles.
- Contribute to script development discussions and help ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Assist in monitoring content quality standards, including basic moderation and compliance checks.
- Support daily production operations to help meet quality and quantity targets.
- Provide operational support to the Producer and Line Producer in optimizing production workflow and output.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Film, Communication, Broadcasting, Management, or related field.
- Have organizational or project experience in production, content creation, or related field (internship/committee experience is a plus).
- Willing to work from office (WFO).
- Have an understanding of end-to-end production process (pre-production to post-production).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines effectively.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in talent coordination and content development.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
- Proactive, creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced production environment.
