Job Description
- Documentation Management: Assist in organizing, cataloging, and maintaining documents, records, and information resources.
- Information Retrieval: Aid in retrieving and disseminating requested documents or data to users.
- Archiving and Classification: Assist in archiving materials, implementing classification systems, and ensuring easy access to resources.
- Database Maintenance: Help manage digital databases, ensure accuracy, and update information regularly.
- Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, creating reports, and managing documentation systems.
Requirements
- Students from any major are welcome to apply. Students majoring in Library Science, Information Management, History, or related programs are prioritized.
- Preferably in the last semester of study with no active classes; or students working on ongoing thesis work.
- Adaptable individuals with high motivation to learn. Candidates have great organizing skills with attention to detail.
- Min. 3 months of full-time internship and ready to work from the office.
- No compensation will be provided, but great working experience may follow.
