Job Description
- Drafting Standard Agreements and other legal documents.
- Drafting a wide variety of legal documents.
- Reviewing legal matters such as agreements, memorandum of understanding, and others.
- Identify and mitigate risk in any agreements.
- Ensure all legal documentation are clear, updated, and available.
- Reviewing and analyzing laws, regulations, and cases related to specific fields.
- Assist to implement a Compliance Framework to be adapted for the company.
- To keep up to date with laws and its implications for Company through Legal News.
- Assist Legal Supervisor in monitoring compliance with regulation and statutory requirements of the company.
- Assist Legal Supervisor to contribute to various projects including addressing requests for information and other assessments.
- Provide Legal Opinion for required cases.
- Updating legal internal procedures for employees
- Implement legal training to employees.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Candidate should possess at minimum bachelor’s degree Major in Law.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience. A combined exposure of law firm and in house experience will be an advantage.
- Freshgraduate are welcome.
- Having knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Proven experience in dealing with agreement drafting.
- Fluent in english (spoken and written).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Having knowledge in Manufacturing Industry will be an advantage.
