Job Description
Agreement & Legal Documents
- Drafting Standard Agreements and other legal documents;
- Drafting a wide variety of legal documents;
- Reviewing legal matters such as agreements, memorandum of understanding, and others;
- Identify and mitigate risk in any agreements; and
- Ensure all legal documentation are clear, updated, and available.
Legal Compliance
- Reviewing and analyzing laws, regulations, and cases related to specific fields;
- Assist to implement a Compliance Framework to be adapted for the company;
- To keep up to date with laws and its implications for Company through Legal News;
- Assist Legal Supervisor in monitoring compliance with regulation and statutory requirements of the company; and
- Assist Legal Supervisor to contribute to various projects including addressing requests for information and other assessments.
Legal Advisory Management
- Provide Legal Opinion for required cases;
- Updating legal internal procedures for employees; and
- Implement legal training to employees.
Others
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Major in Law (Criminal Law/Civil Law)
- Able to operate MS Office
- Understand the process of reviewing an agreement.
- Understand dealing with industrial relation problems.
- Able to provide a legal opinions regarding license and labour which is related to company.
- English (Level intermediate)
- Able to speak English (min. passive)
- Have good communication and be able to work in a team
- Legal project assigned by the Supervisor
