Job Description
- Offering counsel on a variety of Legal Issues.
- Taking care of the legality of the company including the company's deeds and permits to ensure the company's business operations run smoothly.
- Working alongside other departments within the company.
- Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals.
- To be able to handle the contract preparations, drafting and reviewing of contracts/agreements related to trading
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Strong legal research, legal contract, and legal advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience
- Willing to stay in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan
- Able to join soonest possible
