Job Description
1. Prepare, review, and administer legal documents and agreements.
2. Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, permits, and other legal documentation.
3. Assist in processing and monitoring company licenses and regulatory permits.
4. Prepare and submit reports and required documentation to government authorities.
5. Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of legal documents in both physical and electronic formats.
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding legal administrative matters.
7. Monitor document validity, renewal schedules, and compliance deadlines.
8. Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related role (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

PT Akasha Wira International Tbk (“the Company”) was established under the name of PT Alfindo Putrasetia in 1985. The Company’s name has been changed several times, with the most recent one in 2010, when its name was changed to PT Akasha Wira International Tbk.
In 2004 Water Partners Bottling S.A. (WPB), a joint-venture company between Nestlé S.A. and Refreshment Product Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company), acquired a majority stake in the Company and the name of the Company was changed to PT. AdeS Waters Indonesia, Tbk accordingly. During this Nestlé S.A and Refreshment Product Services ownership period, the Company launched bottle water AdeS product with new packaging and new bottle product Nestle Pure Life.
The Company started the production of hair care cosmetics under the Makarizo brand in 2010 by purchasing production machines and equipment owned by PT Damai Sejahtera Mulia. The purchase of these assets was approved by the majority of shareholders at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 21, 2010 and the purchase of these assets was completed on November 11, 2010. With the purchase of these assets, the Company officially started the hair care cosmetics business.
