Job Description
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research to support decision-making and business operations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Maintain and organize legal and employee files, records, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team and other departments.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on compliance.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Proven 3 yaers of experience in a legal staff role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and legal procedures.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Domicile in Bandung
