Job Description
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, especially for electric vehicles and transportation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (partnerships, vendor agreements, etc.).
- Monitor legal changes and advise teams on regulatory impacts.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in business activities.
- Assist with dispute resolution and support internal teams with legal guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; licensed to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in transportation or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian business and regulatory law.
- Excellent contract management and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving abilities.
