Job Description
- Provide legal advice and legal support to the company
- Draft and review agreements / contracts and conduct negotiations with third parties
- Liaise and coordinate with notaries, external lawyers and government officials in dispensing the legal duties
- Manage legal documentation, i.e., filing and updating
- Support legal head in preparing standard operating procedures for the legal department
- Prepare supporting documents such as corporate resolutions / approvals and other ancillary documents related to corporate actions taken by the company
- Standardize contracts / agreements for use by business units
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Fresh grade or experienced are welcome to apply, position and grading will be based on candidate background.
- Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
- Advanced level of spoken and written English and Mandarin proficiency (Must)
- Possess strong drafting skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Possess a strong analytical thinking and a fast learner
- Resourceful, problem-solver, and organized
- Good attitude with excellent interpersonal communication at all levels
