
Job Description
Contract & Document Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end contract processes, including revisions, approvals, signing (digital/hardcopy), stamping, and archiving.
- Maintain organized storage of contracts and company legal documents (Google Drive, internal archives).
- Monitor contract timelines and ensure timely renewals or termination notices through calendar reminders.
Corporate Legal & Compliance:
- Ensure company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including deeds, permits, and licenses.
- Coordinate renewal and registration of trademarks, land certificates, and other vital legal assets.
- Liaise with government offices, notaries, and regulators for licensing and compliance matters.
- Prepare and verify administrative documentation to meet compliance requirements.
Legal Advisory & Risk Management:
- Serve as the first filter for legal risks across departments (e.g., advertising, publications, social media content).
- Provide initial assessments of potential legal issues and escalate high-risk cases to the Head of Legal.
- Support internal teams by providing practical legal advice aligned with company policies.
- Collect and manage supporting documents and evidence for dispute resolution.
Correspondence & Legal Communication:
- Draft and review legal correspondence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and proper approvals.
- Manage numbering, archiving, and distribution of legal letters to clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication and good relationships with legal consultants, regulators, and government institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year corporate legal experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of contract drafting, review, and legal documentation.
- Familiar with general corporate legal and compliance processes.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and document management skills.
- Able to identify basic legal risks and escalate issues when needed.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external parties (e.g. notaries, government offices).
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and use Google Workspace.
