Job Description
- Draft, review, and analyze partnership agreements and other legal documents
- Provide legal opinions related to the company's operations
- Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and applicable laws
- Handle corporate legal matters, licenses, and company documentation
- Coordinate with regulators and external parties on legal issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Officer in the P2P lending or banking industry
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and OJK regulations
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work collaboratively
- Strong legal analysis and document drafting skills
- Good communication with English
- Can start immediately
