Job Description
- Advise business on applicable with Indonesia law and regulation
- Drive key projects related to new licensing or compliance
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users
- Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners
- Supervise legal team in general, litigation, and decision maker
- Accommodate company legalization issues with third parties
- Representing the company in handling legal activities
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Min 3 years of experience, preferably in Fintech
- Preferably in house experience
- Having knowledge with legal system in Fintech
- Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually
- Able to communicate in English
