Job Description
What you'll Contribute on:
- Provide accurate legal opinions and assess legal risk levels for issues across various divisions.
- Conduct research and lead legal projects relevant to Bank Indonesia (BI) requirements, including cooperation requests, new licensing, and intellectual property matters.
- Draft, review, and tailor agreements to meet the needs of all divisions.
- Conduct Partner Due Diligence (PDD) to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Educate and guide all departments on compliance matters and legal obligations.
- Act as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations and maintaining regulatory compliance
Requirements
What you need to have:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in related legal field.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop logical solutions.
- Communicate proficiently in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective cross-departmental interaction.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding in law and legal principles to produce high-quality legal opinions and draft precise, well-structured documents.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous learning and updating of legal knowledge.
