Job Description
- Conduct legal research on various topics to support informed decision-making.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with policy policies, relevant laws, and industry standards.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions and memorandum, to address specific legal issues.
- Assist in maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with updates in laws and regulations relevant to fintech industry.
Requirements
- Undergraduate students, preferably in last semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Law major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in data protection, privacy law, and compliance.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
