Job Description
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents (MoU, NDA, JDA, MSA, Project Contracts, etc).
- Provide legal opinions and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Support partnership, tender, and procurement processes with national and international partners
- Coordinate with internal teams, notaries, and external parties on company legal matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (preferably with experiencein corporate, business, or energy-related contracts)
- Minimum 3 (three) years experiences
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and licensing regulations.
- Able to work independently, communicative, and solution-oriented
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
