Job Description
• Assist in the drafting and review of contracts as directed by senior staff.
• Conduct preliminary checks on contract terms to ensure they comply with company standards.
• Assist in preparing supporting documents for agreements/contracts.
• Support the legal team in contract administration (storage, filing, and document updates).
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding contract requirements.
Requirements
• Enrolled in a Law degree program (min. final years student) or recently graduated in Law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Good communication & analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail for drafting documents including agreement.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in teams.
• Maintains confidentiality of company documents and information.
