Job Description

Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts and agreements to ensure that they align with the organization's objectives and protect its legal rights.
Perform general administrative support (manage legal files, databases, MOM, SOPs, letters numbering, signing, and others).
Conduct legal and compliance research to remain abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices that may impact the company's operations.
Conduct legal and compliance research for new business initiative.
Presenting cooperation agreement to regulators.
Liaising with external parties regarding any agreement.

Requirements

0-4 years of experience in a legal related role.
Familiarity with the financial services industry. Experience with e-money, payment gateway, and banks is a plus.
Experience in drafting and negotiating various legal agreements and contracts.
Knowledge of the regulatory provisions of Bank Indonesia and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Bahasa and English.
Should possess a dynamic, persistent, and rigorous work ethic.
