Job Description
- Draft, review and approve legal agreements and contracts for compliance with local and international laws.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (data privacy, labor laws, corporate governance).
- Handle highly confidential documents and agreements with discretion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance on legal documents
- Conduct research on relevant legal issues and recommend best practices.
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a legal or compliance role.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in legal research tools.
- Preferred: Experience with international law and contract management.
