Job Description
The Legal & Compliance Associate will ensure our company operates in full compliance with OJK regulations and other applicable laws. This role is responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting audits or inspections to maintain a compliant and ethical business environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare, review, and submit all required regulatory reports to OJK and other authorities accurately and on time.
- Ensure the company complies with OJK regulations and stays updated on changes in regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory audits, inspections, and inquiries.
- Maintain and improve compliance policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor and assess internal processes to identify areas for regulatory improvement or risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 2-4 years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or a similar role, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and reporting requirements.
- Proficient in data analysis and documentation with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
