Job Description
- Maintaining schedule, corporate forms, corporate minutes and records for the corporation.
- Organizes and assists with the preparation of legal and commercial meetings and materials
- Manages incoming requests and the approval process for documentation and communicate across departement to deliver documents
- As the representative of the manager, prepare and process the working order, media order, and CRF for campaign implementation approval.
- Execute the Work Order (SPK) for procurement purposes
- Manages legal and commercial meeting preparation and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from law, secretary, finance or administration
- Have relevant experience 2 years with good communication skill
- Effectively manage multiple priorities while recognize to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
- Proactive and fast learner
- Profiency in Microsoft Excel, has a good report in writing skill
- Experience in doing administration preferred
