We are hiring: Commercial Admin Intern (Legal Knowledge) - (6 Months)
We are looking for a Commercial Admin Intern to join our Business Operations team for 6 months, with the potential to transition into a full-time based on performance.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in startup legal operations, contracts, and compliance.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: We are only considering candidates who are able to commute to our BSD office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full end-to-end process of company agreement requests — from receiving requests, coordinating drafts with the legal team, validating data and documents, ensuring completeness and proper writing, to final archiving in accordance with company SOPs.
- Draft and review legal agreements using approved templates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and that all terms align with Baskit’s business interests and risk requirements.
- Follow Baskit’s Legal and Risk SOPs to prepare, review, and organize legal documents and contracts (customers, partners, etc.).
- Maintain contract tracking logs, version control, timely renewals, and organized archives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, HR, Finance & Risk) and legal partners for document review, data verification, and compliance checks.
- Conduct basic legal and regulatory research to support compliance and policy updates across Indonesian and Singapore entities.
- Support the Commercial and Operations teams as needed to ensure all administrative and coordination tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (Bachelor of Law preferred).
- Good English communication skills (Mandatory, both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Good legal drafting ability and a structured approach to documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working cross-functionally and following up with internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in startups, technology, and commercial or contract law.
