We are hiring: Legal Admin Intern (6 Months)
We are looking for a Legal Admin Intern to join our Business Operations team for 6 months, with the potential to transition into a full-time Legal & Risk Associate based on performance.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in startup legal operations, contracts, and compliance.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: We are only considering candidates who are able to commute to our BSD office.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Baskit’s legal and risk SOPs to prepare, review, and organize legal documents and contracts (customers, partners, etc.).
- Draft and prepare legal documents based on approved templates and SOPs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain contract tracking logs, version control, timely renewals, and proper archiving in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, HR, Finance & Risk) and our legal partner for contract reviews, document collection, and risk verification.
- Ensure that risk-related SOPs are implemented across legal and operational processes, and flag any non-compliance or gaps to Management.
- Conduct basic legal and regulatory research to support compliance and policy updates across Indonesian and Singapore entities.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Final-year law student or fresh graduate (Bachelor of Law preferred).
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Good legal drafting ability and a structured approach to documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working cross-functionally and following up with internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in startups, technology, and commercial or contract law.
