Job Description
- Building and maintaining relationships with retailers/potential tenants, to gain maximum occupancy as well as improve the Mall's reputation.
- Communicating and negotiating with potential tenants to provide accurate information and achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining good relationships and cooperating with both internal and external parties.
Requirements
- Hold min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management/Communication/Economics & Business from reputable university, with min. GPA 2.90 (in scale of 4.00).
- Experienced min. 1 year as Marketing or Leasing Staff for Mall, or in related fields in shopping center/mall
- Possess good personality, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, good communication and negotiating skills.
- Possess good understanding of trends in malls and the products & services that are currently hype, especially in local area.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with all departments and business partners.
- Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
- Responsible, with good initiative, adaptability, & able to work under pressure.
- Eager to learn, sociable, willing to serve external and internal customers.
- Will be assigned in Mall Tanjungpinang City Center, Tanjungpinang
