Job Description

  1. Provide technical support according to training needs
  2. Responsible for creating, reviewing, and improving training designs together with the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  3. Ensure that training preparations are carried out well and efficiently.
  4. Develop the technology necessary to organize and deliver training.
  5. Ensure that training is carried out according to the specified schedule.
  6. Ready to travel to various company business areas.
  7. Measure the impact of learning and prepare evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness of training.

Requirements

  1. Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
  2. Mandatory : Having 1-5 years experience as Sales Triner
  3. Having the ability to deliver interesting and effective training material.
  4. Experienced in developing training modules.
