Job Description

  1. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Business Managers and Human Resources Departments
  2. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  3. Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers and senior managers at board level
  4. Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programs
  5. Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
  6. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  7. Create and/or deliver a range of e-learning packages
  8. Manage the delivery of training and development programs Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
  9. Evaluate training and development programs
  10. Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  11. Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
  12. Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research

Requirements

  1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable universities.
  2. Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  4. Experience working in a complex organization; collaborating cross-functionally with different levels of stakeholders
  5. Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong analytical skills and proactive in problem solving.
  7. People enthusiast & strong in branding.
  8. Orientation to details and strong task management skills.
  9. Have a good interpersonal and communication skills
