As our Learning & Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating exciting, meaningful, and practical learning journeys that boost confidence, close skill gaps, and level up performance across all departments.

What You'll Be Up To:

• 🕵️‍♀️ Spot the gaps: Work with teams to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and uncover opportunities to grow skills and knowledge.
• 🎯 Design with impact: Build and roll out learning programs that are practical, engaging, and tailored to real employee needs.
• 📊 Track the magic: Measure training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance data to make sure learning sticks.
• 🌱 Grow together: Help team members create personal development plans and connect them with the right tools, mentors, or learning platforms.
• 🤝 Partner up: Collaborate with department leads and the People & Culture team to align learning goals with company strategies.
• 💻 Champion self-learning: Spread the word about awesome online learning platforms and free resources that everyone can use to keep learning on-the-go.
