Job Description

  1. Coordinate the registration of master customer and master vendor.
  2. Carry out accounting and finance, sales and operational administration processes
  3. Check production facilities and infrastructure between the system and the actual in the field.
  4. Act as General Affairs for the procurement of goods for office needs
  5. Coordinate technical project management
  6. Support Engineering and Manufacturing Academy

Requirements

  1. Able to operate programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  2. Have or quickly learned about accounting and finance administration processes
  3. Fluent in using various mobile banking programs
  4. Fluent in using various features in e-commerce applications and websites
  5. Has high accuracy and adapts quickly
  6. Preferred: Experience operating SAP / equivalent
  7. Bachelor degree in HR with min. GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 with 1 year work experience in related field or fresh graduate with internship in related field
  8. Willing to be placed in Cakung and Pulogadung, East Jakarta
