Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans (target achievement, sales & marketing strategy, performance measurement, business tactics, and daily management)
- Employee a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving the sales target
- Maintain mutual relationship with clients and partner
- Sourcing potential clients through several channels
- Maintain database contain existing and new clients
- Develop excellent relationship with clients to fulfill their needs
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients
Requirements
- Must have an experience as Account Officer / Sales Project in IT Consultant Software any sector industries.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have a wide knowledge and relations
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Minimum SMK / D3 / S1 degree any major (prefer Marketing Management or other related major)
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skill (verbal and written)
- Strong data management and ability to analyze problems and resolve swiftly
- Able to build and foster good relationship with clients
- Able to do product demonstrations and deliver solutions
- Able to create opportunity with clients
- Able to grasp client's requirement and propose good solutions for clients
- Able to work with target
- Positive attitude is a must
- Get things done attitude
