Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex esports projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, including event management, marketing, production, and external partners.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and community partners.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events, preferably in esports or related industries.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel/Google Sheets.
- Passion for gaming and esports with an understanding of the industry’s trends and audience.
